Weekly Update #11

So, I was planning on getting back to work during the first half of January, but there were some complications. On the January 16th, my cat Daisy (the one featured in the pictures I post on here) passed away. A week later I caught covid and have been dealing with that since. Suffice to say, it’s been a crappy year so far and I’m hoping it turns around soon.

My plan is to continue writing short stories, I’m hoping I can generate some interest in my site and writing by posting things on Reddit. I’ll also be looking into entering some writing competitions this year, and applying to do some freelance writing. I will continue to work on my third book, but I’m probably going to change directions and do the next book in the Narrows Company series as I’ve found myself struggling to get into writing The Emperor’s Shadow.

So, here’s to hoping for a break out year for me to take the sting off the start of it. Take care of yourselves.
